Cast iron cooking-venison meatballs


2 lbs ground venison

1 1/2 Cup bread crumbs 

2 eggs

1. Tsp garlic

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp Parmesan 

1/4 tsp basil

1/4 tsp parsley

Pinch of sage

Add all ingredients to your ground venison, dig your clean hands in and mix it up well!!!

Form into balls

Turn pan to medium. Coat pan with non-stick spray and Add 4 tbsp oil of to the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and turn meatballs. Continue this process until all sides are turned.  Turn down to low and let cook covered for 20 minutes. Remove lid and finish browning!

Add your favorite sauce and noodles!
